To make a delicious Omelette, use either a GT Xpress 101 or the Xpress Redi-Set-Go. Along with 3 large beaten eggs, use any ingredients you like. I prefer Hashbrowns, Bacon, and Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Other options: Onions, Peppers, and Mushrooms.
