Ashley M. Stevanovich has a passion for State Flowers. The Orange Blossom is the state flower for her state? So here comes quiz time? Does anybody know their state flowers well enough to guess what her home state is?
Okay, okay, I’ll tell you. You don’t have to twist my arm. Ashley M. Stevanovich’s home state is Florida. She actually lives in South Florida. To my knowledge, they don’t differentiate when it comes to state flowers. It is the state flower for all of Florida- north, south, east, and west.
Ashley M. Stevanovich is an active member of Pine Crest School. It is possible she gained that passion for state flowers at that school. Perhaps she got that passion from doing research on-line. Perhaps she has or had a friend or family member who also shared that passion. In any case, that is one of her main interests.
The state I have lived in over half my life is Tennessee. So perhaps Ashley M. Stevanovich would find it interesting to know that the state flower of Tennessee is the Iris. The state flowers for other states I have lived in include: the American Dogwood in Virginia, Scarlet Carnation in Ohio, Rose in New York, Purple Violet in Illinois, Hawthorn in Missouri, and California Poppy in California.
