Summer Recipe: Rocky Road Ice Cream Whipped Pie

To make delicious Rocky Road Ice Cream Whipped Pie, you need 16 oz. of Whipped Topping, 1 carton of Rocky Road Ice Cream, 3 Chocolate Graham Cracker Crusts, & Hot Fudge Sauce. Spoon out all 16 oz. of Cool Whip or Whipped Topping into large bowl. Allow Rocky Road Ice Cream to soften in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Spoon softened ice cream into Cool Whip mixture. Stir well. Take plastic container off of Chocolate Graham Cracker Pie Crusts. Peel off paper label off plastic lids. Throw paper away or recycle it. Spoon out 1/3 of Ice Cream mixture into each Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust. Spread evenly. Melt some hot fudge in microwave for maximum of 30 seconds. Dribble hot fudge sauce over each pie. Put the plastic lids back on each pie tin. Press down aluminum edges to seal. Place 3 Ice Cream Pies into freezer for about 12 hours to harden. When you're ready to eat, slice and serve. Store leftovers in freezer so that it does not melt. It's rich and delicious!
